Requirements of the Account Manager:
- Prior leadership experience in a supervisory or similar role, overseeing 25+ employees on a nightly basis
- Ability to work a consistent schedule with flexibility for occasional extended hours as needed
- Background in the janitorial industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team
- Skilled in training, task delegation and motivating team to meet performance goals
- Professional demeanor with team and customer, solutions driven and respectful of client directives
- Familiarity with budgeting, labor forecasting and basic operational planning
- Accountable, honest and willing to take ownership of outcomes and continuous improvement
- Experience with recruiting is preferred
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift Time: 2:00pm to 10:30pm - Some fluctuation based on customer needs
Hours Available: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Starting Pay Rate: Annual pay $50,000 to $54,000 (depending on experience) - Eligible for Quarterly Incentive Pay in addition to base pay
Company vehicle provided - frequent traveling is required in this role
