We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative/Account Assistant to join our team at AHI. This role is essential in supporting the location manager with various administrative and managerial tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our janitorial services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.

· Assist the location manager with managerial functions, including overseeing janitorial staff, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

· Help ensure that all facilities are clean and well-maintained by conducting regular cleanliness audits and addressing any issues promptly.

· Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

· Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.

· Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and customer feedback.

· Assist in training new janitorial staff and providing ongoing support to ensure high performance standards.

· Support the hiring, onboarding, counseling, payroll, and termination functions of personnel management.

· Other duties as assigned. 

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
· Ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record background screening and be    legally able to operate a motor vehicle.
· Bilingual (Preferred)


Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Physical Requirements: 

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.  

· Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

· Standing, squatting, walking, for up to 8 hours regularly, 12 hours on occasion. 


PAY RANGES: $16- $20 Hourly
