- Direct supervision of up to 40 accounts and 80 cleaners
- Ensure that each account delivers quality service
- Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed cleaners and supervisors
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed by employees
- Ensure quality control site inspections
- Inventory & supply control
- Address any issues and form a plan of action
- Coordinate, report, and make recommendations to the Operations Manager to improve quality of service
- Train, re-train and cross-train employees
- Review and Control labor hours of employees.
- Review time keeping system making sure that designated accounts are adhering to schedules
- Assist with new hire and termination paperwork.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bilingual – Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally in English and Spanish
- Positive and Hard-Working Attitude
- At least 1 years of Management experience preferably in Janitorial or Service-Related Industry
- Leadership and Decision-Making skills
- Problem solving skills
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Ability to travel
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Required experience and education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Management: 1 years +
- Valid Driver's License
