As a Cleaning Tech 3 you will be tasked with some of the most important responsibilities within our organization, maintaining a clean and healthy building for our customers with every service. Your skills will be put to the test day-to-day as your efforts determine our customers first daily impressions. From deep cleaning hard floors and carpets to windows and high dusting, your advanced skill sets will help our customers achieve the highest level of satisfaction.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Completes responsibilities within determined work schedule and budget.
  • Understands customers expectations and helps to ensure 100% satisfaction with each service.
  • Communicates friendly and respectfully without conflict.
  • Communicates effectively to Operations Manager and other Management.
  • Follows ALL company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Ability to withstand physical labor including lifting, standing, walking, climbing stairs carrying.
  • Excepts constructive feedback effectively.
  • Follows proper training regarding the use of all equipment and products.
  • Adheres to all safety and security procedures at each location.
  • Makes minor equipment repairs when needed. 
  • Advises management of employee or client issues.
  • Identifies problems and resolves issues in a timely manner by listening, gathering facts, and establishing solutions.
  • Receives changes and expectations effectively.
  • Follows work assignments and expectations.
  • Helps ensure a harassment-free environment.
  • Operates company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, while following company policies.
  • Works with integrity and ethically.
  • Identify areas for improvement at sites and reports feedback to Operations Manager.

This job reports to the Director of Operations
this is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift
