• Basic Function: 
• • Cleans the assigned number of hours and creates a team-like atmosphere with employees assigned to them.

  • Team Lead will train, cross-train, and sub for open jobs and inspections.  
  • Carries out the instructions from the Area Manager. 
• Major Responsibilities: 
• • Create a team atmosphere with your front-line employees in your building.  
  • Inspect the work of your front-line employee and report the findings to your Area Manager.  
  • Inspections include the janitorial closets.  
  • You are responsible for ensuring the client in your building(s) is getting what we promised.  
  • Lead initial cleans within your building(s). 
  • Request needed supplies/equipment and stock closet as needed with supplies once delivered.
