Janco Janitorial is seeking a motivated and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to lead and support cleaning crews across assigned client buildings. This role is responsible for ensuring quality standards, maintaining team productivity, and providing hands-on support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise janitorial staff and ensure cleaning duties are performed to company and client standards.

Conduct regular inspections of client sites to ensure quality control.

Train new employees on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.

Assist with scheduling, time tracking, and communicating staffing needs.

Act as the main point of contact for on-site client communication and issue resolution.

Perform hands-on cleaning tasks as needed to support the team or cover absences.

Ensure supplies and equipment are available and used properly.

Report maintenance issues, supply needs, or performance concerns to management.

Additional Information/Benefits

To ensure the health and wellbeing of our clients: Daily maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms and other work areas by emptying trash cans and collecting recyclables, dusting, sweeping and moping.

Janitorial work schedules are 2nd shift and are typically from 6pm to 11pm, Sunday through Thursday
Average hours are between 15 to 32 each week dependent on determined building requirements
