Janco Janitorial is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Care Technician to perform specialized floor maintenance services, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction. This role is essential to maintaining clean, polished, and professional environments in client facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform floor care services such as stripping, waxing, burnishing, scrubbing, and carpet cleaning.
Operate and maintain floor care equipment including buffers, scrubbers, extractors, and vacuums.
Follow client-specific floor care instructions and safety protocols.
Ensure proper use and dilution of chemicals and solutions.
Report any floor damage or maintenance needs to supervisors.
Work after hours or weekends as needed based on project schedules.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle (if assigned).

Additional Information/Benefits

To ensure the health and wellbeing of our clients: Daily maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms and other work areas by emptying trash cans and collecting recyclables, dusting, sweeping and moping.

Janitorial work schedules are 2nd shift and are typically from 6pm to 11pm, Sunday through Thursday
Average hours are between 15 to 32 each week dependent on determined building requirements
