Pay: $52,000 to $56,000 Yearly. Based on experience.

Position Title: Account Manager
Reports To: District Manager
Supervises: Supervisors and Cleaning Technicians
Basic Functions: Manage the servicing of the assigned account(s) to conform to direct cost budgets, quality standards, customer satisfaction, and retention goals.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the submission of Open Position Requests to the Human Resources Manager.
2. Interview and make hiring recommendations for potential employees.
3. Ensure correct timekeeping for assigned account(s) and make daily corrections as required.
4. Review and control labor and supply costs for assigned account(s) to ensure they conform to budgetary goals.
5. Inspect assigned account(s) to ensure that the work performed satisfies company and customer quality standards for account retention.
6. Visit customer(s) on a regular basis to maintain satisfactory relationships and to respond to customer concerns.
7. Assist in training and follow-up on the training of new cleaning personnel.
8. Requisition and is accountable for necessary equipment, supplies, and keys at the assigned account(s).
10. Manage and direct project work or additional services at the assigned account(s).
12. Take immediate action on routine complaints and resolve day-to-day problems at the assigned account(s).
13. Ensure completion of all assigned work orders.
14. Maintain a continuing program of evaluating and training personnel to ensure both a high level of performance and the availability of promotable personnel.
15. Responsible for developing and maintaining good employee relations and implementation of employee incentive programs.
16. Assist with developing planned maintenance schedules and work schedules at the assigned account(s).
17. Maintain Hazardous Communication Program and other safety responsibilities at the assigned account(s).
18. Perform such other duties as assigned by the District Manager/VP of Operations.
