Job Description

Essential duties:
*Perform all assigned tasks in a professional and timely manner.
*Must be able to extract and bonnet carpets

*Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure.
*May also be needed to support our janitorial program (other duties as assigned)

*Safely and carefully move furniture or other items with care to clean under and around them

*Communicate professionally and effectively with Project Manager and customers to provide them with an excellent experience.
*Ability to work with little supervision.
*Reports safety hazards when identified.

Must be able to operate the following pieces of equipment;

Low speed Side by Side

Carpet Extractor

Wet /Dry Vacuum

Drying Fan

Must be able to verbally describe how to accomplish specific tasks when interviewed.

*Pay Based on Experience

REQUIRED

Pass a background check
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more on occasion.
