The primary duty of the floor technician is maintaining the cleanliness of the floors and carpets in the location they work in.

Responsibilities

Maintaining hard surface floors by dust mopping, damp mopping, spray buffing, scrub and recoat, strip and finish.
Maintain carpeted areas by vacuuming. Spot and stain removal. shampooing and extraxtion.
Other general cleaning and project work, as required.

Qualifications

Expereince with floor machines, usage and maintenance
Lift 50 pounds
Walk and stand for long periods of time
Interface with customer personel
Read, write, and speak English
Perform tasks that require physical movement, bending, and reaching
Pass pre-employment drug screen
Pass criminal background check

This job reports to the Supervisor
this is a Full-Time position Weekends, 3rd Shift
