These services include general cleaning, carpet cleaning, hard floor care, window cleaning, dust removal and rental mat service. We tailor our services to meet the individual needs of our clients. Our clients include medical offices, banks, industrial offices, shop areas, real estate offices, schools, veterinary clinics, counseling centers, and manufacturing plants just to name a few. We cover a territory from Albany NY up to the Canadian border.


Floor Care Technician

Pay Range Between $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Position summary: 

Providing various types of floor care to customers: to include – High Speed Burnishing, Auto Scrubbing & Stripping & Waxing of floors. Duties may include notifying management of need for repairs.

Tasks:

  • Operation and maintenance of floor care equipment to include high speed burnisher, auto scrubber, side by side scrubber & wet vacuum. 
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and building
  • Use proper PPE on all jobs
  • Knowledge of floor care products and SDS sheets.
  • Ability to work as a team member or alone on jobs.
  • Ability to fill out route sheets, complete work tickets & use team time. 
  • Must be able to work various hours to include, days, nights, weekends or a split shift.
  • Follow proper procedures for HSB – dust mopping required at the start and end of job
  • Notify Floor Care Manger – when stock/product is running low 
  • Check van/truck before leaving garage – (gas, equipment, keys/codes and supplies needed to perform job.
  • Notify Floor Care Manager of any accidents or incidents while on the job
  • Produce quality work with in the time frame on work tickets 
  • Must have a neat & clean appearance. Company uniforms are required to be worn.

  • Lifting requirements – 50 – 75 lbs.

 

Experience and Education:

Must have a valid/clean license to operate a motor vehicle.

High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) preferred but not required.
