Job Summary:
The Janitorial Account Manager is responsible for the overall management, performance, and profitability of a school system janitorial account. This role involves ensuring consistent service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The Janitorial Account Manager will lead a team of operations staff, driving business growth through effective management practices and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Oversee and manage a team of site supervisors and janitorial staff across a school system.

- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to assess service quality and address any concerns.

- Implement client feedback into service improvement strategies.

- Operational Oversight:
- Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of janitorial services across the account.

- Monitor account performance, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.

- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.

- Manage the budget, including labor costs, supply expenses, and other operational costs.

- Work with the finance department to prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding services within the existing account and acquiring new business.
