We are looking for a residential Building Concierge to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our residents and guests.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and handling requests
- Managing the front desk, lobby, and mailroom areas, ensuring they are clean and organized
- Coordinating deliveries, packages, and mail for residents
- Monitoring and reporting any security or maintenance issues in the building
- Maintaining records of visitors, contractors, and service providers
- Cleaning the common areas, amenities, and elevators as part of the position
- Supporting the property manager and the maintenance staff with administrative tasks
Performing other duties as assigned by management
