COMPENSATION RANGE: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour


Position Summary

CSG Managed Services Group, Inc. is seeking an attentive and reliable Room Attendant/Housekeeper (Recamarera) to support our housekeeping operations in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position plays a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests by performing high-quality cleaning and sanitation of guestrooms and common areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining cleanliness standards, works efficiently, and demonstrates strong customer service at all times..


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and bed-making.
  • Clean, sanitize, and restock bathrooms, guestrooms, and assigned areas using wheeled housekeeping carts.
  • Maintain and inspect rooms and public areas according to company cleanliness standards.
  • Keep storage rooms and housekeeping carts organized, stocked, and tidy.
  • Ensure proper handling of hotel and guest property; report all damage, theft, or lost items to a supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and customer-oriented service at all times.
  • Follow all PPE, chemical handling, and equipment safety procedures.
  • Complete assigned cleaning tasks within required timeframes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Knowledge/Critical Skills:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Hotel Housekeeper or Room Attendant.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard cleaning methods, tools, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must consistently wear appropriate PPE as required.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Strict adherence to company health, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliability, integrity, and attention to detail.

  • Availability to work weekends and/or holidays as required.
