Populist Cleaning Co. is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Professionals to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a team, and want to grow your skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Saturday & Sunday 10am-3pm in Monroe starting at $18.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dust, clean, and disinfect horizontal and vertical surfaces in restrooms, offices, break rooms, and kitchenettes
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors
• Operate cleaning equipment such as walk-behind and ride-on scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and upright vacuums
• Empty trash and recycling, and properly dispose of waste
• Provide excellent service and respond to customer needs as required

• Friendly and professional attitude
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Team player who can also work independently
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to take initiative and go above and beyond for customers
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to problem-solve and use good common sense

Physical Requirements:

• Able to walk, stand, bend, climb, kneel, push, pull, lift (up to 50 lbs.), and perform repetitive movements as part of daily cleaning tasks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma desired
• Valid Driver’s License (preferred for mobile assignments)

Travel:
Some positions may require traveling to multiple sites during a shift. Paid travel time and gas/vehicle per diems are available based on travel requirements.
