Location: Regional role (primarily Appleton and Neenah, with occasional travel to other areas)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Primary shifts: 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (flexible) Sometimes training at 7am.

Position Overview

The Medical Operations Support Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control across multiple hospital sites. This position requires travel between facilities, serving as a key resource for auditing, training, and supporting environmental services teams. The Support Lead will occasionally perform cleaning duties to assist hospitals directly, while primarily focusing on coaching, quality audits, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit & Quality Assurance
• • Conduct monthly audits to ensure teams meet established KPIs for cleanliness and infection control.
  • Monitor cleaning standards in discharge rooms, cardiovascular areas, operating rooms, and other specialized medical spaces.
• Training & Coaching
• • Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques and KleenMark standards.
  • Coach staff to improve performance and reinforce best practices.
  • Educate teams on the importance of proper cleaning in patient care environments.
• Operational Support
• Provide hands-on cleaning support when needed, including discharge rooms, patient rooms, bathrooms, waiting areas, rugs, and floors.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and KleenMark teams to ensure hospital needs are consistently met.
• Maintain compliance with EHS safety policies and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hospital cleaning procedures and infection control standards.
• Ability to interact professionally with hospital staff and patients.
• Comfortable working in medical environments, including occasional exposure to blood and bodily fluids.
• English language proficiency required.
• Bilingual Spanish (not required, but highly preferred)
• Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to changing daily duties.
• Valid driver’s license (company car provided for travel).
