Requirements of the Commercial Custodian:

• Ability to be on call as needed for servicing a commercial account
• Professional demeanor with customer, solutions driven and respectful of client directives
• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials

Responsibilities of Commercial Custodian:

• Clean and restock restrooms
• Empty trash receptacles
• Wipe down hard surfaces
• Sweep, mop floors
• Clean interior windows/doors

Must be able to pass a background check

Typical Shift: 5:00pm to 1:30am
