Job at a Glance – Traverse City, Full-Time, Evening Shift

• Pay: $19 per hour – weekly pay
• Schedule: Rotating Days (weekdays and weekends) 6am-4pm
• Location: Traverse City
• Hiring Process Timeline: ~7 days due to background check
• Start Date: First shift scheduled as soon as clearance is received

Responsibilities

• Clean floors: vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment
• Detail-clean surfaces using proper tools and cleaning chemicals
• Empty trash and maintain restrooms
• Keep work areas safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Report supply needs or equipment issues to supervisors
• Complete assigned tasks independently and on schedule

Requirements

• Age 18 or older
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test (required by client)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and operate cleaning equipment safely
• Strong time management and ability to work independently

Preferred Experience

• Previous commercial cleaning experience
