LACOSTA is looking for a General Cleaner to join our team in Lenexa, KS!
***We conduct a background check and drug testing***
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40hrs/week
- 2nd Shift: 2:00PM-10:30PM
- **OVERTIME REQUIRED for the first few weekends during busy season!
Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)
Job Duties: Responsible for Maintain cleanliness of assigned pit areas throughout the shift. Comply with company policies, OSHA standards, and site-specific safety rules
- Follow safety procedures while operating scrubber equipment in active work areas
- Work independently or as part of a janitorial/maintenance team
- Operate ride-on and walk-behind floor scrubbers to clean pit areas, warehouses, and industrial floors
- Properly mix, handle, and dispose of cleaning chemicals according to guidelines
- Comply with all safety guidelines, including proper PPE usage
Requirements:
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in industrial or warehouse environments
- Must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
- Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 50lbs independently.
- Must wear LACOSTA provided uniform and PPE, as well as your own steel-toed shoes/boots while working.
- Remove all jewelry and accessories.
