We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining federal and state leaves of absence, workers' compensation claims, and ensuring consistency in HR practices across the organization. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain policies and procedures in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws.
- Responsible for maintaining federal and state mandated leaves of absence processes.
- Maintain Workers’ Compensation claims.
- Assist in investigating and documenting all internal employee claims.
- Assist in processing employee separations in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Investigate, document, and respond to employment related claims.
