Geil Enterprises, Inc is looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our team! This role requires strong analytical abilities, accounting expertise, and an understanding of financial systems and technology. RELEVENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct assistance in analyzing and providing division specific data.
• Provide technological support relating to accounting systems including process improvements.
• Provide general accounting functions and team support, including backup to AR, AP and Payroll.
• Provide Fleet Vehicle Support.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
• Highly developed data analysis skills.
• Keen attention to detail and proven organization skills.
• Ability to approach issues in a proactive manner.

• Ability to interface with all levels of personnel within the organization.
• Excellent listening, written communication and verbal communication skills.
• Must hold a valid California Driver’s License.
