Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week (Full Time)
- 1ST SHIFT: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)
Job Duties: Conduct facility maintenance as needed, priorities change each day.
- Operation of lift truck
- Operation of one and two man lift trucks
- Use of basic hand power tools i.e. drill, screw gun and saw
- Use of power tools i.e. Pressure washer, sewer snake, shop vacuum
- Operation of trash compactor
- Hanging of white boards and pictures
- Operation of cardboard bailer
- Replacement of overhead lighting
- Replacement of outside wall lighting
- Repair automated and non-automated toilets
- Repair automated non automated sinks
- Repair or replacement of carpet squares and floor tiles
- Patching and painting of walls and doors
- Changing of ceiling tiles
- Basic caulking
- Breaking down shipping crates and skids
- Cleaning roof drains
- Cleaning up when finished with job
- Moving furniture
- Assembly of desk tables and chairs
- Pest Control maintenance monthly / vendor direction
- Fire Extinguisher Monthly / Quarterly inspections / Provide Vendor direction
- Grease trap maintenance / Provide vendor direction 6 weeks
- Eye wash / Safety shower inspections Weekly / Monthly INSPECTION
- Minor plumbing
- Minor vehicle repairs facility vehicles
- Transport of Waste / Storage from Bldg. to Bldg.
- Service / Maintenance of Facility owned cleaning equipment
- Contaminated Wastewater (CWW tanks) Empty 22 /24 once weekly during operation.
- Wet Vac / Clean-up for emergency water leak / incumbent weather.
- Winter salt storage set up
- Upholstery spot cleaning / Carpet cleaning
- Other jobs as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have previous forklift experience
- Comfortable bending, stooping, walking, squatting
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
- Able to work a whole shift while standing.
