We are a family-owned company that values quality, integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic. When you join Windsor, you’re not just taking another cleaning job — you’re joining a stable team where your work is respected, your schedule is consistent, and your leadership makes a real impact.

We are hiring an experienced, outgoing, physically fit janitorial professional to be solely responsible for a designated area of accounts in the Bryan / College Station area.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who values honesty, integrity, and long-term commitment, and who takes pride in owning their work without constant oversight.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all janitorial operations for assigned accounts
  • Conduct inspections and ensure cleaning standards are met
  • Train new cleaners and provide retraining as needed
  • Cover call-offs and assist with cleaning when required
  • Manage supplies and equipment for your area
  • Enforce company policies, safety standards, and accurate timekeeping
  • Communicate with management and Field QC support

(No direct customer interaction required — Field QC support handles that.)

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior janitorial experience required (commercial or medical preferred)
  • Proven employment stability and reliability
  • Able to manage an area independently without micromanagement
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
  • Honest, trustworthy, and dependable
  • Mature, professional, and solutions-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Important Note

This role is intended for someone seeking a long-term position with responsibility and growth. If you frequently change jobs or are looking for short-term work, this position will not be a good fit.

Why This Role

  • True ownership of an assigned area
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Gas allowance and company phone
