What You'll Do 

• Supervise cleaning teams across multiple job sites
• Ensure quality standards are met and exceeded
• Support, train, and motivate employees in the field
• Maintain client relationships and resolve issues quickly
• Manage schedules, inspections, and supply needs

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation, with a suitable driving record
• Previous supervisory experience (janitorial or facilities experience a plus!)
• Great organizational skills and a hands-on attitude
• Willingness to travel between job sites in your assigned area
