We are seeking an experienced and dependable Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff at our facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, accountability, and the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior supervisory experience is required.  

Position Details:  

• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
• Start Date: February 10th, 2026
• General Location: Piedmont, SC
• Facility Type: Manufacturing / Industrial
• Shift Time: 2:30pm - 1:00am
• Shift Days: Monday - Thursday

General Duties:  

• Supervise and support onsite staff to ensure all job duties are completed to standard
• Conduct walkthroughs and quality checks of assigned areas
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to employees
• Address attendance, performance, and professionalism issues as they arise
• Respond to operational needs, call-outs, and urgent requests
• Communicate effectively with management and clients
• Assist with coverage and hands-on work when needed

Requirements:  

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is required
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites as needed
• Personal smartphone for work communication
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks when required
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Must pass a criminal background check (required for all candidates)
