We are looking for a motivated and dependable Area Manager to oversee our cleaning operations in the Houston area. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys managing teams, solving problems, and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support cleaning teams at multiple locations
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards
• Handle emergency and special cleaning requests
• Perform and supervise floor care (strip, wax, scrub, buff)
• Train, onboard, and mentor new employees
• Assist with scheduling, coverage, and payroll support
• Communicate with staff and customers daily
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles
• Complete daily reports and update eHub
• Attend weekly management meetings

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Must have floor care/floor tech experience
• Must be available for nights, weekends, and emergencies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
