PT Cleaning Evening Site Lead    

Weekly Pay! Hiring IMMEDIATELY! Start right away!             

Schedule: Monday - Friday weekends as needed 6:00 PM - 10:15 PM $18/hour (21.25 hours weekly)       

• • 3+ years of previous professional cleaning experience AND 3+ years management experience required OR 3+ years of management in food industry experience required

Basic Function           

• Cleans the assigned number of hours and creates a team-like atmosphere with employees assigned to them.  
• Communicate  
• Team Lead will train, cross-train, and sub for open jobs and inspections.  
• Carries out the instructions from the Area Manager. 

Major Responsibilities:           

• Create a team atmosphere with your front-line employees in your building.
• Inspect the work of your front-line employee and report the findings to your Area Manager.  
• Inspections include the janitorial closets.  
• You are responsible for ensuring the client in your building(s) is getting what we promised.  
• Lead initial cleans within your building(s). 
• Request needed supplies/equipment and stock closet as needed with supplies once delivered.
