The AM/PM Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations within the shopping center to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants, customers, and visitors. This role supervises janitorial staff, coordinates work schedules, conducts inspections, and ensures compliance with company standards and safety regulations.  

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead janitorial team members during assigned shift (AM or PM).
• Assign daily tasks and monitor completion of cleaning duties.
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas, restrooms, food court, entrances, corridors, parking areas, and exterior spaces.
• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance procedures are followed.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; submit supply orders as needed.
• Address and resolve cleaning-related issues, tenant requests, and customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Complete shift reports and communicate effectively with management and other supervisors.
• Coordinate special projects such as deep cleaning, floor care, and event support.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.

AM Shift Responsibilities

• Ensure center is clean and ready before opening.
• Focus on high-traffic areas and restroom readiness.
• Coordinate trash removal and exterior cleanliness.

PM Shift Responsibilities

• Oversee closing cleaning procedures.
• Ensure thorough cleaning of restrooms, food court, and common areas.
• Secure cleaning equipment and storage areas.
