We are in search of a detailed, energetic, and self-motivated individual to join our high performing team. Our supervisors are responsible for the successful supervision of a portfolio assignment. Responsibilities include payroll, customer service, relationship development, quality control, hiring, supervising Essential duties: Ability to supervise a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operations environment. Ability to provide facilities escalations resolution timely and efficiently. Demonstrated experience in effective written and verbal communication. Skilled in critical thinking and good judgement with ability to multitask within standard service level agreements. Exceptional relationship supervison skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
