Actualmente estamos contratando un Gerente de Area Bilingüe inglés / español para trabajar en nuestra Compañía de Limpieza en varios lugares del área de Orlando Florida. El Gerente de Area debe tener transporte propio y estar dispuesto a viajar por este territorio. Contamos con un generoso programa de reembolso para cubrir los gastos de gasolina y teléfono celular. El candidato ideal ayudará con la capacitación, el monitoreo y la inspección de la limpieza para garantizar que el alcance del trabajo del cliente se esté llevando a cabo de manera adecuada.
Itinerario:
El horario es Comenzando a las 6:00 pm y en ocaciones en el dia.
Requisitos del Gerente de Area Bilingüe:
* Debe poder trabajar de forma independiente con poca supervisión.
* Se requiere ser bilingüe inglés / español
* Disponible para trabajar los fines de semana y algunas noches, dependiendo de cuándo se programen los servicios (nuestros servicios son después del cierre de la ubicación. Tendrán que estar en el lugar con la tripulación durante el entrenamiento y verificar su trabajo).
* Tener transporte propio, licencia de conducir válida y seguro de automóvil aceptable.
* Personalidad positiva y extrovertida; un buen desarrollador de relaciones.
*Debe ser capaz de pasar una verificación de antecedentes penales.
* Experiencia en Supervisión mínimo un año
Responsabilidades del Gerente de Area Regional Bilingüe:
* Ayudar con la capacitación de empleados y proveedores.
* Capacidad para trabajar en software patentado basado en Windows para administrar su calendario, actualizar notas, correos electrónicos, cargar fotos y administrar cualquier tarea abierta.
* Trabajar en los servicios, reforzando y continuando formando a nuestro personal.
* Apoyar al personal según sea necesario (puede tener que cubrir turnos)
* Comunicarse con nuestro Gerente de Operaciones y Oficina Corporativa diariamente.
* Capacidad para comunicarse (oralmente y por escrito) con los Gerentes de Operaciones y sus equipos de oficina corporativa y el cliente.

We are a commercial cleaning company currently hiring for the position of Regional Area Manager.
Job Description:
We are currently hiring a bilingual English/Spanish Area Manager to work with our cleaning company at various locations in the Orlando, Florida area. The Area Manager must have their own transportation and be willing to travel throughout this territory. We offer a generous reimbursement program to cover gasoline and cell phone expenses. The ideal candidate will assist with training, monitoring, and inspecting cleaning services to ensure the client's scope of work is properly carried out.
Schedule:
The schedule starts at 6:00 pm and occasionally during the day.
Bilingual Area Manager Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
- Available to work weekends and some nights, depending on when services are scheduled (our services are after location closing. You will need to be onsite with the crew during training and check their work).
- Must have your own transportation, a valid driver's license, and acceptable car insurance.
- Positive, outgoing personality; a good relationship builder.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
Bilingual Regional Area Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee and vendor training.
- Ability to work with proprietary Windows-based software to manage your schedule, update notes, emails, upload photos, and handle any open tasks.
- Work in services, reinforcing and continuing to train our staff.
