Job Title: Janitorial Supervisor

Location: Burlington, VT

Salary: $21.00-$25.00/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced cleaner with leadership skills to lead a team on apartment turnovers and cleaning of residential apartment buildings.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise crew and assign daily cleaning duties

· Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards

· Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching

· Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed

· Communicate effectively with clients and management

· Address and resolve staff or client concerns professionally

· Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policy

Qualification:

· Experience in janitorial/housekeeping

· Prior supervisory or team lead experience

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Ability to lead a team and work independently

· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

· Able to lift 25lbs and perform physical tasks
