Alliance Security is a New York Tri-State leader providing Engineering, Installation, and Service/Repair of high-end security systems and solutions for a premier portfolio of clientele. We are currently looking to fill the position of Operations Administrator -Security Support Specialist. The role will perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities which consist of coordinating, planning, and administrative functions to support Alliance’s operations personnel and management. This position will report to the Manager of Mission Support at Alliance Security’s Technology Division.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support payroll processing for proper documentation regarding hours worked with department heads
  • Timely accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Manage the organization's inventory tracking system and produce monthly reports on loss prevention measures
  • Manage aging and collections of open receivables and achieve consistent progress
  • Manage fleet information and vehicle health and maintenance life-cycle
  • Schedule and account for ALL training efforts and employee yearly certification requirements
  • Manage supply chain and equipment delivery services
  • Manage supply business lifecycle and work with clients to fulfill supply orders

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in project management or support function
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to interface professionally with clients/users and security management
  • Preferred - knowledge of security concepts and operations, including experience with Access Control, CCTV, Turnstiles, Intercom Systems and Visitor Management Systems
  • Successfully attend training in security technologies; AMAG, Genetec, LenelS2, Exacq, Brivo & Eagle Eye, OSHA 40 certification
  • Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university.  Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
