Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing nightly Janitorial operations and staff
• Quality assurance and communication with upper management
• Must be willing to cover work in times of need which include:
• Sanitizing touchpoints
• Shouldering a backpack vacuum weighing 25+lbs
• Emptying trash receptacles
• Mopping
• Cleaning bathrooms, countertops, desk areas
• Dusting
• Detailing entryways, workspaces and common areas as needed
• Spot cleaning glass windows/structures
• Other janitorial duties as requested by the management team
• Overseeing employee's and staff

Requirements include but are not limited to:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to bend, lift, pull-push, and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds, as well as using stairs/elevators, etc.
