LACOSTA is looking for a General Cleaner to join our team in Menasha!  

This site is conveniently accessible via local bus routes.  

***We conduct a background check and drug testing*** 

Job Schedule:  Monday-Friday (one Sunday per month)

• 2PM-10:30PM

Pay Rate: $18/hr, paid weekly 

Job duties:  

Responsible for leading a team of general cleaners to ensure cleanliness of all restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, manufacturing floor, lobby, supply closets. Will report to the site manager to assist with any audits, training new team members, or helping out with other site needs.

• Routine building cleaning 
• Restroom cleaning 
• Window cleaning 
• Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter 
• Sanitizing surfaces 
• Floor Care 
• Sweeping 
• Mopping 
• Vacuuming/Dusting 
• Stocking supply rooms 

Requirements: 

• Pass background checks and drug screening 
• MUST have previous supervisor experience
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently. 
• Wear LACOSTA Shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest and long pants. 
• Remove all jewelry and accessories
