• Monitor, maintain, and order supplies to meet stock level targets and avoid shortages.• Maintain on-site equipment and assets to ensure they are in good working order and meet performance expectations.

• Safety and Compliance• Collaborate with HR and administrative support to ensure proper onboarding/offboarding, completion of required training, payroll accuracy, and issue resolution.• Ensure full compliance with workplace safety regulations.• Be reasonably available outside of regular business hours to respond to urgent operational or safety issues, either remotely or in-person, depending on severity.

• Qualifications and Physical Demands:• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Operations, or a related field preferred.• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing janitorial contracts.• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.• Strong leadership, team development, and performance management skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to maintain positive client relationships.• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.• Significant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, bending, twisting, reaching, squatting, and crawling.• Must be able to work in varying warehouse environments and temperatures, including exposure to noise, heat, cold, and indoor/outdoor conditions.• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds frequently.
