Additional Details  

Cleaning Technicians are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building in which they work by performing various cleaning duties. Duties and hours may vary dependent upon the size of the building and the number of teammates they may be working with. A cleaner may be responsible for any or all the following tasks. Tasks may also change throughout a cleaner’s employment.  

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS                                                                                                     

Note: This is not an all-inclusive list. Additional duties may be assigned.   

Cleans up Spills- If there is a spill on the table, seat or floor assist in cleaning it up. Using best judgement of wipe, rag, mop/bucket.

Wiping Down/Close Tables- Using small bucket that is already pre-made and has rags in it. You will wipe down every table, and seat getting all food & drink off of them. You will then fold up the seat of the table. Tables need to be pulled up & closed to be put away into the closet after lunch.

Dust Mop Floor- As tables are dismissed, cleaned, and put away you will dust mop the floor. Using scraper to get stuck food off of the floor and then sweeping up everything once done.

Garbage- All garbage must be taken out at end of lunch. Make sure all garbage cans are double bagged in case of leaks, rips, bag comes loose.

Floor Cleaning- Final step is to clean the gym/lunch floor we use a T7 machine (ride on floor scrubber).

EXPECTATIONS                                                                                                                                

• Reports to work each day and on time and works extra hours when needed.
• Employee must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required (i.e., when using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents, etc.).
• Provides excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers by maintaining a positive attitude.
• The employee must be able to determine the neatness, accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
