Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated B2B Telemarketing Supervisor to lead and support a small team of outbound appointment setters. This hands-on role is responsible for driving call activity, increasing appointment conversions, and ensuring consistent performance through coaching and training.

Salary is commiserate on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working lead. Supervise and manage 2 outbound appointment setters
  • Monitor daily call volume and appointment-setting performance
  • Ensure team meets or exceeds established call and appointment targets
  • Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback
  • Train new callers on scripts, objection handling, and best practices
  • Track and report on key metrics including calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates
  • Continuously improve scripts and outreach strategies to increase effectiveness
  • Maintain a positive, motivated team environment

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in B2B telemarketing or inside sales required
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call and appointment goals
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
