What You’ll Do

As a Site Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your location—leading your team, supporting your client, and ensuring every detail is done right.

Leadership & Team Development

• Train, coach, and support custodial staff to succeed
• Manage schedule and team reviews
• Foster a positive, team-first culture built on respect and accountability

Quality & Operations

• Perform and oversee cleaning tasks (restrooms, floors, offices, etc.)
• Ensure all work meets contract expectations—on time and done right
• Monitor performance, budgets, and supplies

Client Relationships

• Build strong, professional relationships with clients
• Respond quickly and effectively to questions or concerns
• Represent our company with professionalism and care

Ownership & Accountability

• Take initiative to solve problems and improve processes
• Maintain organized, stocked, and clean janitorial spaces
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and consistency in all operations

What You Bring

• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to manage schedules, solve problems, and stay organized
• A self-starter mindset with attention to detail
