LACOSTA is seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in Menasha. If you have strong leadership skills and take pride in maintaining clean, safe environments, we want to hear from you.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- One Sunday per month required
Pay Rate:
- $18-$19 / Hr. based on experience, paid weekly
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of general cleaners
- Ensure cleanliness across:
- Restrooms
- Offices
- Break rooms
- Stairwells
- Manufacturing floor
- Lobby and common areas
- Supply closets
- Report directly to the Site Manager
Assist with
- Site audits
- Training new team members
- Additional operational needs
Daily Duties Include
- Routine building cleaning
- Restroom sanitation
- Window cleaning
- Trash and recycling removal; grounds litter control
- Surface sanitization
- Floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting)
- Stocking supply rooms
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physically capable of:
- Walking, standing, bending, and reaching
- Lifting up to 40 lbs independently

- No jewelry or accessories permitted on-site
