Requirements of Project Technician:   

• Ability to run heavy equipment
• This role requires a lot of walking
• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and problem solve
• Light machine maintenance is required
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
• Must have reliable transportation
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK

Responsibilities of Custodian part of role:   

• Clean and restock restrooms
• Empty trash receptacles
• Wipe down hard surfaces
• Sweep, mop floors
• Clean interior windows/doors

Shift Time: 4:30pm to 1:00am (Monday through Friday)

Custodians/Janitors have daily exposure to cleaning solutions.
