Outbound Sales Supervisor (Player-Coach – Facilities / Security / Janitorial)

$65,000 – $90,000 per year (Total Compensation) | On-Site | Monday–Friday

Base Salary: $52,000 – $62,000 + $50 per qualified meeting set (uncapped)

Typical total earnings: $65,000 – $85,000+ (top performers exceed $90,000)

Top performers consistently set 10+ meetings per week.

We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Supervisor (Player-Coach) to drive outbound efforts and build a pipeline of in-person meetings for company ownership. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on the phone, knows how to get past gatekeepers, and can elevate team performance through strong personal production.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate qualified in-person meetings through outbound calling and outreach
  • Lead by example with strong personal call volume and results
  • Support and guide team members on phone approach and messaging
  • Help refine scripts and improve overall appointment-setting performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong outbound/cold calling experience (B2B preferred)
  • Ability to get past gatekeepers and engage decision-makers
  • Confident, direct communication style
  • Competitive mindset with a focus on results
  • Comfortable in a player-coach role (producing first, leading second)
