With over 60 years of cleaning experience, we have established ourselves as a dynamic regional contractor.


 We are hiring a Part-Time Lead Cleaner in Johnson Creek at a pay rate of $18 per hour. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals with previous cleaning experience.

Job duties include washing and sanitizing butcher equipment and machinery parts, sweeping and wet mopping the front store area, cleaning two small restrooms, and wiping cooler glass doors. Applicants must be comfortable wearing knee-high waterproof boots, gloves, and a plastic apron, all of which will be provided. Candidates should be able to follow instructions carefully, and training will be provided. English-speaking applicants are preferred. Steel-toe shoes are required, and reimbursement may be available.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and job sites to ensure all areas meet company standards.

• Lead and supervise a team of cleaners in completing assigned tasks.

• Delegate duties to employees based on job needs and special projects

.• Monitor, order, and distribute cleaning supplies as necessary.

• Provide staff with required uniforms, documents, and work materials.

• Assess employee performance and provide hands-on training at job sites.

• Maintain a safe, professional, and policy-compliant work environment.

• Report incidents, safety concerns, or policy violations to the District Manager and Human Resources.

• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly while keeping management updated on any issues.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management or according to customer needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is beneficial but not required

.• Must be flexible and available for on-call work assignments.

• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is helpful but not required.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts, as well as frequently bend, lift, carry, stretch, and reach above shoulder level in a fast-paced work setting.

• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
