ESS Clean is seeking General Cleaners to support at client facilities in Effingham, Illinois. These positions work primarily early-evening hours, Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and maintain client facilities, including offices restrooms, and common areas
• Perform routine tasks such as trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
• Sweep, mop, and restock supplies as needed
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work
• Self-starters who can work independently and stay on task
• A strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Prior cleaning experience is helpful, but not required — we provide hands-on training
