We are searching for an experienced Hard Surface Floor Technician who will represent our Core Values of Be Respectful, Take Responsibility, and Handle It.

Work is performed in a team environment.  

What You’ll Do  

• Complete floor care services: strip, scrub, recoat, burnish, and buff
• Tile & grout cleaning (preferred, not required)
• Special project work as assigned
• Occasional weekend work (premium pay)

What We’re Looking For  

• Minimum 2 years professional hard surface floor care experience as reflected on resume
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check (no theft-related offenses)
• Physically able to perform demanding work:
• • Lift up to 60 lbs
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and squatting
