Job Posting: Part-Time Janitor / Commercial Cleaner

• Fairmont, WV (Single-site position)

Compensation & Hours

• Pay Rate: $14.00 / hour
• Position Type: Part-Time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday evenings, plus one weekend per month.
• Hours: * Standard week: 30 hours
• • Weekend rotation week: 36 hours

Key Responsibilities

Primary Tasks

Consistent with basic janitorial and commercial cleaning work, including but not limited to:

• Waste Management: Removal of trash and replacing can liners.
• Surface Care: Dusting, vacuuming carpets, and sweeping/mopping hard surface floors.
• Facility Sanitization: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting restrooms.
• Detailing: Cleaning interior glass and windows.

Additional Responsibilities

• Inventory & Storage: Maintaining the janitor closet and assigned storage areas in a neat, orderly, and safe condition.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring all cleaning equipment is kept in proper operating condition and reporting issues.
• Team Support: Assisting the project crew with periodic specialized project work as needed.
• Customer Service: Addressing customer concerns and facility deficiencies promptly and professionally.

• Ability to work independently during evening hours.
• Capability to handle the physical demands of standard janitorial tasks (walking, standing, lifting, bending).
