KingsClean is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Custodial Manager to lead evening custodial operations at Pampa ISD. This position is responsible for supervising staff, maintaining cleaning standards, and ensuring school facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Position Details

• Location: Pampa ISD – Pampa, TX
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Start Date: July 1st
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Job SummaryThe Custodial Manager oversees daily custodial operations, supervises staff, ensures quality standards are met, and supports the overall cleanliness and safety of assigned campuses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff and daily cleaning operations
• Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
• Train, coach, and support custodial employees
• Monitor inventory and custodial supplies
• Report maintenance and facility concerns promptly
• Communicate effectively with management and district personnel
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Custodial and/or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• Valid government-issued ID
• Must pass a background check and fingerprint screening
