KingsClean is seeking a dependable and motivated Custodial Supervisor to support first shift operations at Pampa ISD. This position works closely with the Custodial Manager to help oversee daily operations, support custodial staff, and ensure school facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Position Details

• Location: Pampa ISD – Pampa, TX
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Job SummaryThe Custodial Supervisor serves as the on-site support for the Custodial Manager, assisting with staff supervision, quality control, inventory monitoring, and daily operational needs. This role helps ensure campuses remain clean, safe, and well-maintained throughout the school day.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Custodial Manager with daily first shift operations
• Supervise and support custodial staff during assigned duties
• Conduct walkthroughs and inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
• Assist with inventory checks and supply monitoring
• Report maintenance issues, staffing concerns, and operational needs to management
• Help maintain efficient daily operations across assigned campuses
• Promote a safe and productive work environment

Requirements

• Custodial experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and dependability
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid government-issued ID required
• Must pass a background check and fingerprint screening
