Guaranteed Cleaning Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Day Porter to maintain a professional medical facility in Fredericksburg. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, and welcoming.
This position is available due to an internal staffing change and offers the potential for additional hours and more workdays as we continue to grow.
What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain lobbies, restrooms, hallways, offices, and staff areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Restock restroom and paper supplies
- Respond promptly to cleaning needs throughout the shift
- Follow all safety procedures and healthcare cleaning standards
- Help create a clean and welcoming environment for patients and staff
What We're Looking For
- Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, or porter experience preferred
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
