Major Responsibilites:  

• Perform scheduled cleaning and floor care services, including but not limited to:

1. Stripping, burnishing, top scrubbing, and refinishing hard-surface floors
2. Scrubbing and sealing quarry tile and ceramic floors
3. Spot cleaning, bonnet cleaning, and hot-water extraction of carpets
4. Pressure washing hard surfaces
5. Completing general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and replenishing supplies

• Maintain company equipment and vehicles in a clean, organized, and operable condition, and properly store equipment after use.
• Move office furniture, files, desks, chairs, and other items, and set up or break down rooms for meetings and events.
• Follow all company safety, security, and key-control procedures, and immediately report accidents, hazards, security concerns, or maintenance issues.
• Ensure all work meets company and customer expectations and complete required reports detailing work performed, hours used, and billing information.
• Perform other duties and assist with additional assignments as requested by the supervisor or manager.
