Monday - Friday | 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Saber Building Services is seeking a dependable Custodian to provide comprehensive cleaning services at a commercial and industrial facility near the Cesar E. Chavez Avenue corridor in Pontiac. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and orderly work areas throughout the building.

The Custodian will perform all aspects of routine custodial work across offices, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces while following established cleaning and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Vacuum carpeted areas using a backpack vacuum
• Sweep and mop hard-surface floors
• Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other surfaces
• Clean offices, common areas, and assigned workspaces
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supply areas
• Report supply, equipment, or facility concerns to management

Requirements

• Ability to use a backpack vacuum
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks

Pay $15 - $16 per hour

Ability to follow cleaning procedures and facility safety requirements
